Right of withdrawal for digital products
When purchasing digital products/recipes, you also accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived for the digital product.

We reserve the right to make typos and errors as well as changes in VAT and taxes.

When will I receive my prescription?
The pattern will be ready for download immediately after your purchase. You will also receive an email with a download link.
Can I receive the crochet pattern in a physical format?
All of my crochet patterns are delivered as downloadable PDF files that you can easily print. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the digital file so you can print the pattern.
What should I do if I encounter problems with downloading or purchasing?
