Delivery
Crochet patterns are sent as PDF files via a download link to your email address. Always ensure that you have entered your email address correctly.
Right of withdrawal for digital products
By purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital product is waived.

Patterns, designs, and associated materials from Hooked by Cille are protected by copyright. It is not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or sell products made from the patterns for commercial purposes without written consent from Hooked by Cille.

When will I receive my prescription?
The pattern will be ready for download immediately after your purchase. You will also receive an email with a download link.
Can I receive the crochet pattern in a physical format?
All of my crochet patterns are delivered as downloadable PDF files that you can easily print. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the digital file so you can print the pattern.
What should I do if I encounter problems with downloading or purchasing?
